Rogers Park

Rogers Park

Rogers Park, at the northern edge of Chicago, is one of the city’s most diverse neighborhoods—racially, economically, and culturally. It's known for its progressive politics, Loyola University, and a rare stretch of public lakefront beaches. While the area largely resists the rapid gentrification seen elsewhere, it still contends with rising rents, aging infrastructure, and concerns over public safety.
